Breastfeeding Quotes-- Join Our Next Carnival

Some day I'll be sorry I haven't kept one of those baby books...you know the record of milestones and funny phrases. Right now I just don't have the energy to keep up. But if I did...I'd be sure to include this one:

The Bortsky (almost age 3): "Mom, does Sarah have bubbies?" (note: Sarah is the babysitter).

Me: "Yes, all women have bubbies."

The Bortsky: "Can she feed a baby?"

Me: "Um, no, not right now."

The Bortsky: "Why?" (standard response)

Me: "Because she's not a mommy."

The Bortsky: "Why?"

Me: "Because she isn't right now. Hey guys, let's see what's for dinner."

The Bortsky: "I'm not hungry."
