Updating My Blog... Looking For Suggestions and Ideas

I'm working on a big re-design of this site. A new look, some new information... it's a work in progress. I'm also updating the resources section (blog roll, etc), and if you have any suggestions of sites and blogs that I should add, let me know. And please pass along any other thoughts about features or functions you'd like to see.
